How does the GDPR affect Trendful?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires that Trendful have the following provisions put in place to the software and our internal privacy program: 

• Document and keep records of certain privacy-related decisions made by Trendful so that Trendful is accountable for its privacy practices.
• Make sure that Trendful is able to honor the rights of European Clients and customers over their personal data, and that when using Trendful’s Services, clients are able to do the same.
