  • Clients using Trendful to run your resale business
  • Sellers (customers) who are selling pre-owned products to a Trendful-powered resale business
  • Visitors to Trendful’s websites, or anyone who contacts Trendful support

This Privacy Policy will help you better understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information. We may update this privacy policy if we change your privacy practices. If any of these changes are significant, we will let you know either via the email address we have on file or by your Trendful Admin Account.

Your information belongs to you

At Trendful we carefully analyze the types of information we need to provide our services, and we try to limit the information we collect to only what we really need to have. When possible, we delete or anonymize this information when it’s no longer needed. When developing and improving our products and services, our engineering team works closely to build with privacy in mind. Please keep in mind, that our guiding principle is that your information belongs to you and that we will only aim to use your information for your benefit.

Your information is protected from others

If your personal information is requested by a third party, we will refuse to share it unless you have previously given us permission or if we are legally required. If we are legally required to share your personal information, we will notify you in advance, unless we are legally forbidden to do so.

Depending on how you use Trendful, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, port to another service provider, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information.

If you sell a pre-owned product to a Trendful-powered resale business and wish to exercise these rights over information about your sale, you need to directly contact the Trendful Client you interacted with.

If you are a Client, Trendful employee, or another individual that Trendful has a direct relationship with, please submit your data subject request to us through your Trendful Admin Account. Please be aware that if you send us a request relating to your personal information, we have to make sure that it is indeed you that is making the request before we can respond. Therefore, in order to do so, we may have to use a third party to collect and verify your identity.

How do we protect your information?

It is our mission to not only protect your personal information but also to ensure the security and integrity of our platform.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, and method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. This means we can not guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
