Introduction to the Trendful Admin
Introduction
The Trendful Admin is the back office for your resale business. Every submission from your sell form or resale app lands here, and you handle the rest in one place: quotes, buyouts, consignment and store credit, shipping labels, customer records and payouts.

Finding your way around
The menu on the left gives you:
- Home: your dashboard, with offers received, new customers, acceptance rate, shipments, payouts and more.
- Offers: every submission and offer.
- Inventory: items you're reselling (an add-on on Launch and Pro, included on Enterprise).
- Customers: the people who sell or consign items with you.
- Price database: resale values to help you price your offers.
- Activities: a log of the bulk actions your team ran on offers, inventory and customers.
- Settings: your profile, team, billing, shipping, payout wallet and preferences.
- Developers: API access (Enterprise only).
Offers
Submissions from your sell form (all plans) and your resale app (Pro and Enterprise) show up in Offers. You can also create one yourself with Draft an offer, for example when a customer comes to your store in person.
On the Offers page you can:
- Search and sort your offers, and filter them by open or archived, quote status, shipping status, payout status and processing status.
- Select several offers and use bulk actions: Archive, Send payouts, Add to inventory, or mark them as accepted, expired, delivered or paid.
- Export your offers with Export offers.
Click an offer to see the item details and photos the customer sent, then:
- Create quote to send your offer to the customer, or reject the item.
- Edit offer to update the item details or the offer.
- Create shipment to send the customer a shipping label.
- Create payout to pay the customer.
- Read the emails exchanged with the customer about this offer.
Shipping
Create shipping labels right from an offer with Create shipment: pick the receiving location, carrier and rate, and add insurance if you want it. To get started, add your receiving address in Settings → Shipping, where you'll also find your label statement and recent shipments. Learn more in how to create shipments.
Payouts
Pay customers from an offer with Create payout, or several at once with Send payouts on the Offers page. You can pay by bank transfer with Trendful Wallet, or by PayPal and Venmo. Set up both in Settings → Payout wallet:
Customers
Customers keeps track of everyone who sells or consigns items with you. Search by name, click Add a customer to create one, and open a customer to see their contact details, address, payout methods and notes. Click Edit customer to update them.
Price database
Search fair market resale values for handbags and watches, to help you price your offers. Search by brand, model or style, or paste an image link.
- Launch: a monthly search limit. You can follow your usage under Monthly searches.
- Pro and Enterprise: unlimited searches.
- If you only need the price database, the Basic, Premium and Expert plans include it with a monthly number of searches.
Settings
- Profile & Security: your name, photo, sign-in email, notifications and password.
- Team: invite teammates by email and choose what each member can access.
- Billing: your plan, payment cards and invoices.
- Shipping: your receiving locations, label statement and shipments.
- Payout wallet: your Trendful Wallet, bank account and PayPal/Venmo connection.
- Preferences: your branding, sell form and resale app links, accepted categories and conditions, offer settings and more.
