How do I cancel a payout?

You can cancel payouts with the ‘started’ status, as well as PayPal or Venmo payouts that the customer hasn't claimed yet. Simply click ‘Cancel payout’ within the payout section of the offer. Please contact us if you need to cancel any other payout that has a ‘sent’ status.
