How does the free trial work?
Launch and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. Enterprise plans are put together with you, so they don't have a trial. Each merchant can have one free trial.
Starting your trial: pick Launch or Pro when you set up your account, add a card, and click Start free trial. Your card isn't charged when the trial starts.

When you're charged: your plan starts automatically when the trial ends, and the subscription for your plan and billing interval is charged to your card that day, less any discount code you entered. We email you at least 2 days before your trial ends to remind you of the date.
Cancelling: you can cancel at any time before the trial ends from Settings > Billing with Cancel trial, without contacting us. You keep access until the trial ends and you aren't charged. Changed your mind? Click Resume trial on the same page before the trial ends.

Shipping labels and payouts: shipping labels, insurance and payout fees you use during the trial are charged as usual, even if you cancel. Labels have a few limits during the trial: see Are there limits on shipping labels during the free trial?
If the first charge fails: update your card in Settings > Billing. If it's still unpaid 7 days after the trial ends, your subscription is cancelled.
Compare plans on our pricing page, or start your free trial.
