What does the sell form ask sellers for?

The sell form is available on Launch, Pro and Enterprise. On Launch it is the only way sellers submit, and on Pro and Enterprise you can use it alongside the Resale App.

Sellers fill in:

• The item: a category (only when you accept more than one), the brand, the model and the condition. They can add details of up to 500 characters.
• Their contact details: first and last name, phone and email.
• Their address, if you ask for one in your shipping settings.
• Photos: up to 8, each up to 20 MB, in formats including JPEG, PNG and HEIC. You choose the minimum number in your settings (one photo if you haven't set it).
