Can I set up automatic reminders?

Yes, on every plan. Trendful can email your customers a reminder when they haven't answered an offer or haven't shipped their item yet.

To set it up, go to Settings → Preferences → Emails and click Edit next to Reminder schedule. Add the days you want reminders to go out, for example day 3 and day 7:

• You can add up to 5 reminder days.
• Each day is a whole number between 1 and 90.
• Days are counted from when the offer was sent, or from when the shipping label was created.
• To turn reminders off, remove every day and save.

Reminders are sent once a day, at 8am Eastern Time. If a customer has several offers waiting, they get one email that covers all of them.
