When am I charged for my shipping costs?

The default credit card you have on file with us will be automatically charged when a package enters transit. Additionally, you will incur charges for shipping adjustments at the end of each month. These adjustments arise when the package dimensions or weight differ from initial estimates, or due to other factors.

Prior to any adjustment charges, you will receive a detailed breakdown of your expenses at the beginning of each month for the prior month's activities.
