Can I send payouts even though the customer hasn’t added their payout method yet?

Yes! You can initiate payout even though the customer hasn’t added their payout details. They will receive an email notification that a payout has been started and they need to add their payout details into their Resale App account. You can also add their details for them within their customer profile.

If a customer do not added their payout details within 30 days, the payout will be marked as expired and the customer won’t be able to receive their payout. This measure protects you and ensure your have control over your payouts.
