Can my customers identify their item from a photo?
Yes, for designer handbags, in the Resale App on Pro and Enterprise. Turn on Photo recognition in Settings → Preferences → Sell Form & Resale App. Customers submitting a handbag add their photos first, then pick the model from ranked suggestions.
Their photos may be used to improve photo recognition, so you may need to update your terms and conditions to let customers know. See Does photo recognition use my sellers' photos for training?
Photo recognition isn't available on the sell form, where sellers type the brand and model themselves.
