What shipping carriers can I choose from?
The carriers you can use depend on where your company is based:
- Companies based in the United States: UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- Companies based in Canada: Canada Post and FedEx.
You can pick one of these as your Preferred carrier in Settings → Preferences → Shipping. Labels your customers create use that carrier whenever it can ship the package. If it can't, we use the cheapest rate from another carrier. See How does the preferred carrier work?
